The staff of the OIA shall comply with the State of Florida's Code of Ethics, as well as the
Code of Ethics established by the Institute of Internal Auditors for its members.
In addition, the following values will be upheld by all Audit Director staff at all times.

Maintain a sincere, dignified and caring attitude, and treat all University personnel in a professional manner.
