Information for Presenters

In order to run sessions on time, the Conference Organizing Committee asks presenters to prepare their presentations keeping the followings in mind:

• Each paper presentation is scheduled to take 20 minutes including questions and answers.
• A laptop and LCD projector will be available in each conference room.
• Presenters are expected to bring their presentation material as a PowerPoint file complete with supporting pictures and videos on a USB flash drive (preferred) or CD.
• Technical personnel will be available to assist in setting up presentations.
• Presenters are encouraged to seek the help of technical personnel to copy their material on laptops before each session starts.
