Sylvia Sharpe is the Senior Secretary of Florida International University's Industrial and System Engineering Department.  She has been committed to quality service for 10 years at Florida International University and for the past two years devoted her time serving students and faculty in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department.  Her responsibilities include: department receptionist, assisting all who come to the department, directing phone calls to faculty and staff, handling all incoming mail.   Additionally, she is in charge of processing students' admissions, registration, and graduation; on-line keying in of class schedules and requisitioning books for students and faculty, requesting classroom/lab reservations; preparing, collecting and summarizing student evaluations of faculty; maintaining all student records and files; responding to student inquiries of each of the department's programs; processing class rolls, grade rolls and maintaining those records.

Sam Ng is the current webmaster of Florida International University's Industrial and System Engineering Department.  He received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Engineering Management.

Milay Quintana is one of the two current student assistants of Florida International University's Industrial and System Engineering Department.  She graduated from Southwest High School with a 3.31 GPA in June of 2002, and has successfully orientated herself into FIU.  She was the Vice President of a Pep Club, President of the Environmental Science Club, and has put in 300 plus hours as a volunteer at a Rehabilitation Center.  She is currently at FIU as a sophomore studying Pre-Med Biology.

Anthony L. Jackson graduated from Parkway Academy with a 3.0 GPA and is majoring in Computer Science at FIU.  Anthony currently lives on campus and is responsible for many of the department's administrative duties.
