Dr.
Chow is an associate professor at Florida International
University
in the department of Industrial and Systems
Engineering.
He received his Ph.D. from Carnegie-Mellon
University
in 1984. He has aided in Computer-Aided
Engineering,
Design, and Manufacturing, Metrology and
Reverse
Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies,
Intelligent
Manufacturing Systems, and Machining and Tooling
Technologies.
He has served since 1992, and has remained
on
staff as associate professor for a decade.
