Dr. Chen is a full professor at Florida International University

in the department of Industrial and Systems Engineering.  

He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering 

in Virginia Institute of Technology in 1985.  He has been in the

faculty staff since August 1989 serving, and instructing 

faithfully for over a decade.  He specializes upon Concurrent 

Engineering, CAD/CAM Automation, and Operations research.

He has a bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
