HIGHLIGHTS
Telecommunications
project managers, lead technicians,
project leaders or individuals seeking
a career path in this rapidly growing
field. You are encouraged to bring a
laptop computer and any project management
software to the class. The technical
process portion of the exam is based
on the Telecommunications Distribution
Methods Manual (TDMM, prevalent standards
and codes).
Often the difference between a project’s
success or failure is understanding
the finer points of project
management. Your knowledge in PM
can be the key to keeping your
projects on time and on budget—and
that means happy customers!
