This intensive five-day course covers the entire cycle of a project, from bid to completion. The course will provide you with a basic understanding of project management concept tools. You will work in teams to develop a project plan for a typical telecommunications project, and develop templates that can be applied on the job. You may also use these templates on the TPM certification Exam.

HIGHLIGHTS

Telecommunications project managers, lead technicians, project leaders or individuals seeking a career path in this rapidly growing field. You are encouraged to bring a laptop computer and any project management software to the class. The technical process portion of the exam is based on the Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (TDMM, prevalent standards and codes).

Often the difference between a project’s success or failure is understanding the finer points of project management. Your knowledge in PM can be the key to keeping your projects on time and on budget—and that means happy customers!

This certification is designed for anybody that is interested in becoming TPMA Certified by Telecommunications Project management Association.

 $1499.00 Flat fee

Payment must be received prior to the first day of class.

CANCELLATION TERMS

If a request for cancellation is received in writing at least seven (7) business days before the class starts, a full refund will be given.

If a request for cancellation is received in writing at least two (2) business days before the class starts, a refund will be given, minus a processing fee of $150.00

If a student cancels from a class session less than two (2) business days or is a "no show" for the class session, no refund will be given.
