LEAN SIGMA Certificate Overview

The application of Lean Systems and Six Sigma has been defined as the perfect marriage to achieve outstanding profits for any organization.

First, Lean Systems provides a strong foundation for companies in:

* Organization
* Waste elimination
* Process standardization
* Team development

While Six Sigma provides the second punch at:
* Systematically improving processes using data and statistical tools
* Controlling the key process inputs to consistently achieve key process outputs
* Sustaining process improvements

BENEFITS

At the conclusion of this course, participants will:

1. Be able to apply the Lean tools / Six Sigma in their work environment, Therefore;
• reducing costs
• shortening cycle times
• improving productivity
• expanding capacity
• reducing process variability
• improving quality
• achieve customer service excellence
• creating a continuous improvement engine
2. Recognize that Lean and Six Sigma are highly complementary, and together bring better results than as separate programs.
3. Understand how to collect relevant data to describe their processes
4. Know the calculations to determine resources and material required to implement and support a Lean Flow line, and how to apply them.
5. Manage change and lead effective implementation.
6. Know how to build a roadmap to deploy Lean / Six Sigma in any organization.

After implementing Lean / Six Sigma it is not uncommon to see a 15-25% increase in productivity or capacity, 70-90% reduction in WIP, and 25-35% space savings in a relatively short period of time.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
