CANCELLATION TERMS
If
a request for cancellation is received
in writing at least seven (7) business
days before the class starts, a full
refund will be given.
If
a request for cancellation is received
in writing at least two (2) business
days before the class starts, a refund
will be given, minus a processing fee
of $150.00
If
a student cancels from a class session
less than two (2) business days or is
a "no show" for the class session, no
refund will be given.

The
ISO 14000 family addresses
various aspects of environmental management.
ISO 14001:2004 provides the requirements
for an EMS (Environmental Management Systems).
As an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, you are
recognized as a professional who can audit
and implement the ISO 14000 family of
standards in any organization. This certification
will ensure that you can demonstrate team
building abilities and leadership, have
a thorough understanding of the ISO 14000
family of standards, and have the capacity
to interpret and implement the ISO 14001
EMS in both manufacturing and service
industries.
