The
global programs focus on the demonstrated
education and training needs of selected
industrial sector(s) in the host country.
These programs are offered in collaboration
with a sponsor which is a reputed university
or institution that can support the delivery
of the program by providing appropriate
infrastructure facilities like classrooms,
library and computer laboratories. The
programs are designed in consultation
with the faculty of the sponsor and the
industry representatives in the host country.
The goal of the global programs is to
complement the existing academic programs
offered by the sponsoring institution.
The following global programs are either
being offered or are being planned at
this time.
MSEM
in Kingston, Jamaica, sponsored by University
of Technology (UTECH). The Master
of Science in Engineering Management,
MSEM will be offered in Kingston, Jamaica,
in April 2006 in collaboration with UTECH.

University of Aeronautics and Astronautics
(BUAA).
The Master of Science in Electrical Engineering,
MSEE is being offered in Beijing, China
in collaboration with BUAA. Since May
2005 - present.
