resource that troubleshoots problems
with computers and similar products.
Universities often provide help desk
support to their Administration, Faculty
and Staff via a toll-free number, web
site and/or
e-mail. The
Engineering Information Center provides
Help Desk and Knowledge Base
Services to our Engineering and Computing
community.
In
