CEE Professor Appointed to Board of Trustees of the American Academy of Environmental Engineering (AAEE)

CEE Professor, Dr. Fuentes was honored and installed as Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the American Academy of Environmental Engineering (AAEE) on November 11, 2006 at a special ceremony in Cincinnati, Ohio. He will represent the Association of Environmental Engineering & Science Professors (AEESP) starting from January 1, 2007, for a three-year term through December 31, 2009.

AEESP is the lead academic organization in the country on all academic matters that pertain to environmental engineering education, research and service. AAEE leads in all matters of excellence in the practice of environmental engineering. AAEE is responsible for the national specialty certification in environmental engineering and is also the lead organization for all ABET environmental engineering accreditation issues.
